ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. This position pays a competitive BASE-pay, and generous Commissions based on Sales. In addition, this position can lead to Agency Ownership through our Agent Mentorship program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.
- Follow-up with Quoted Homeowner Prospects to sell Financial Products - Life, Health and Bank
- Assist customers with portfolio management and asset allocation.
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- COACH - Auto and P&C TEAM Members on how to market Financial Services, Refer Prospects and Gain Referrals from new Customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in financial services.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Must have Texas General Lines LIfe, Health, Accident, HMO license.
- Beneficial to have FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations but not required.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $3,120.00 - $8,000.00 per month
