We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships. This is Office is a TOP 100 Presidents Club Office and TOP 100 Chairmans Circle State Farm Office. We are looking for a Self-Starter Career Driven Agency Manager that aspires to become a State Farm Agent within the next five years.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
- Support Customer Service team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
- Must have a Texas General Lines Insurance License.
- FINRA Series 6 and/or 65 helpful but not required.
- Must have at least 2 Years of Insurance Industry Experience.
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
